Window & Door Installations Pontyclun & South Wales

Great service and aftercare you can't go wrong to employ JP windows 5 star

Exceptional quality and service - Highly recommended. From the first contact the customer service was excellent. We started with a discussion of requirements and a measured survey was taken, there were absolutely no hard sell at any point and no pressure to place an order was made. Once we had decided to go ahead, a second visit from the builder confirmed structural requirements. The building work was quick and clean having erected a sturdy plastic "curtain" to contain the inevitable dust. As soon as the building work was completed the large siding door was fitted, all brickwork and pointing was perfect and the interior plastered to a very high standard. Each one cleaned up after themselves and left the house as dust free as was humanly possible. All in all...Outstanding workmanship. We had one point of contact who kept us informed of exactly when the contractors would be arriving and was available (even on a Saturday) for any queries. They gave a very competitive quote and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

10/10 couldn't recommed enough!! Really pleased with the service from JP Windows & Conservatories. The team were friendly, professional and helpful from start to finish. Communication was great throughout and the work was completed to a really high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards and we’re really happy with the finished result. Would definitely recommend JP Windows to anyone looking for a reliable local company.

We asked JP Windows to replace two sets of entrance doors to our church building. Richie came along to do the work and turned out to be an exceptional workman. He took great pride in his work, was very careful and made sure that the work was completed to a high standard. He replaced two dark depressing sets of doors with two bright sets, one opening outwards, the other having a sliding door. Entrance access is much easier and we’re delighted.Brian came along initially to discuss the work and he was also a great asset to JP Windows. He fully understood what we wanted and provided it. He was never more than a message away and kept in regular touch. His experience was invaluable. The new doors are of a high quality and expertly fitted. Having worked so hard on fitting them I was impressed when Richie cleaned the upvc and the glass before finally packing away and leaving.I couldn’t recommend JP Windows higher. A great company.

What a wonderful company to deal with. They are excellent. In a matter of days from my initial enquiry the misted windows in the conservatory were replaced. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Recently had French Doors fitted with J P Windows, and I would 100% highlight recommend them.Amazing service from start to finish, top quality door. Good price. The team fitting were superb. The mechanism wasn't quite right so the fitter ordered me a new mechanism and was fitted straight away.
